Your Puppy Corner Odor Eliminator: set up in 10 minutes
Thanks for your order. This guide shows you how to charge it, where to put it and how to pick a mode.

What is in the box
- One Puppy Corner Odor Eliminator (white, about 9 x 9 x 3 cm, 170 g)
- Its wall plate with a 3M adhesive pad
It runs on a rechargeable 3600mAh battery that charges by USB. There is no filter, no liquid and no added fragrance.
Step 1: Charge it first
Charge the battery fully by USB before you mount it. The charging port sits on the side of the device.
Step 2: Pick the right spot
- Up high, out of puppy reach. Puppies chew, and this is a battery device.
- Near the crate, never inside it. The wall above the crate area or the pee pads works well.
- In a ventilated room. A room with a window or good airflow is best.
- Close to the smell. The puppy corner, the pee pad spot or the laundry room.
Step 3: Stick it on the wall
- Attach the 3M adhesive to the back plate of the device.
- Peel off the backing from the adhesive.
- Press the switch gently to choose a mode (see below).
- Press it onto a clean, dry wall and hold it firmly for a few seconds.
Step 4: Choose a mode
Charging it again
The device lifts off its wall plate, so you don’t have to unstick anything. Twist it off the plate, charge it by USB, then twist it back on.
Cleaning the outside
- Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth.
- Keep water, cleaning sprays and liquids away from it.
- Keep the sensor dome and the vent clear of dust.
What it does and what it doesn’t do
- It releases negative ions on a schedule, with no sprays, no liquids and no added fragrance.
- It runs by itself in the mode you choose, so there is nothing to spray or refill.
When to contact us
- It arrived damaged or something is missing.
- It won’t charge, or no light comes on after a full charge.
- It never switches to the red light in either mode.
- The adhesive won’t hold on a clean, dry wall.
