Your order and payment
Review the product description, selected items and final total before placing your order. The checkout shows the price, any applied discount and any applicable shipping or tax charges. The product description identifies what is included and whether your purchase is a digital download or a physical item.
Digital products and access
Digital products are delivered electronically; the digital files themselves are not shipped. Download links are provided after payment and in your order email. Follow the product-specific instructions for opening ZIP files, printing files or accessing an included app. If you cannot access a purchase, email support with your order number or purchase email.
45-day money-back guarantee
Digital purchases have a 45-day money-back guarantee from purchase. For physical products, the 45-day guarantee runs from delivery. To request a refund, email support@lovemypuppy.store. See our Refund Policy for the full existing terms, including physical products, app access and shipping.
Physical delivery
Physical items are shipped separately from digital downloads. Our published policy provides free shipping to US addresses and a usual delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks. Contact support with your order number if your order has not arrived after that period.
Included app access
Where a product includes app access, the access conditions in our Refund Policy apply. For the Food Trial Command Center, those conditions explain access following a refund or payment dispute and the notice provided if the app is retired.
