Washer tablets don’t remove dog hair
Here is something most owners find out the hard way. Washer cleaner tablets clean grime and soap residue. Ours also help dissolve loose hair left in the drum. Heavy fur on blankets still needs to come off first.
So the fur has to come off before the wash. That is the glove’s job. A few swipes over the blanket and the fur rolls into a clump you toss.

Then give the washer its own clean
Puppy homes run a lot of laundry. Soap residue and grime build up in the drum and the seal, where you can’t see them.
Once a month, drop one tablet into the empty drum and run your hottest cycle. No scrubbing, no measuring.
